Straffe Hendrik brugs tripep bier (German) 9%

"Brewed at the Halve Maan brewery in Bruges, this tripel is a stunning example of the style. With lots of bready sweetness and shedloads of stone fruit aromas from the yeast, it’s a complex beer that starts sweet and finishes with a fizzy herbal bitterness from the saaz hop that just leaps off the tongue."

St feuillien saison Ale (Belgian) 6.5% 

"St-Feuillien’ Saison is what the Belgians call a beer of the terroir, a traditional farmhouse ale with all the rich savour of the fertile land of southern Belgium. Saison, a warm golden blonde ale, is a top-fermented classique. Thanks to secondary fermentation in the bottle, Saison has an unmistakable flavour full of rich nuances and a slight tang. Saison, the latest in a long line of top-quality St-Feuillien beers, is a “hoppy”, unfiltered bee that is so emblematic of the rich Belgian tradition."

Delirum red Beer (Belgian) 8%

Rodenbach grand cru Red ale (Belgian) 6%

"This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity."

Saison DuPont (Belgium) 6.5% 

"The legendary Saison Dupont. Brewed since 1844 in our farm-brewery, it has since made a name for itself around the world!

Regarded as a classic Belgian seasonal ale, this traditional beer was designed to quench the thirst of seasonal farm workers. Brewed in winter, it was left to ferment for several months in wooden barrels before being served in summer.

Now one of our biggest exports, Saison Dupont sets the standard when it comes to Belgium’s brewing traditions."

Kasteel rouge, red ale (Belgium)8% 

"This delicious, rich cherry beer is a beautiful blend of Kasteel’s celebrated quadruple-style beer Donker and cherry liqueur. The cherries as a deep, dark fruitiness to the beer tempered by the chocolate and peppery spice of the Donker. It’s a complex but easy-drinking beer that makes a great aperitif and digestif."

Sassy cider (France) (Gluten Free) 4%

"Sassy by name and sassy by nature; this handcrafted rosé cider certainly lives up to its moniker. It has been lovingly created by a pair of young Frenchmen – childhood friends Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier and Pierre-Emmanuel Racine-Jourden – who were keen to revolutionise what is not only their favourite beverage, but also Normandy’s most famous export. Employing the expertise of a cellar master with more than 30 years’ experience, they have succeeded in giving ‘cidre’ a very modern twist."

Gúzman riestra cider (Asturian) 13% 

"One more step in our century-old history, to make this suculent ice cider is used method “cryoconcentration” (freezing the must). We start with a careful selection of Asturian varieties, which combine the right balance “tart, bitterness, sweetness” for the extraction of the must. This is frozen and defrost, finally fermented for 9 months in oak barrels.

Powerful acidity ands sweetness in a perfect balance. Intensely aromatic, with compote notes. Ideal as an aperitif of accompanying a variety of dessets, cheeses, foie gras, etc."

Duvel Tripel Hop Citra IPA (Belgian) 9.5%

“Our brewers do not simply add a third hop variety when creating the Tripel Hop, we also apply a special process of dry-hopping. In this case, besides adding the usual hops during the cooking process, extra hop cones are added at a later stage in the brewery process (during the lagering process). This intensifies and refines the hop aromas in the finished beer. The aromatic third hop is grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington and enriches the flavor palate with fresh hints of grapefruit and tropical fruit.”

Bacchus Kriekenbier (Belgian) 5.8%

“A fragrance of krieken and ripe cherries. Distant hints of the typical aroma of Oud-Bruin beers.

Mild in taste, first sip gives a slightly sour aroma, which soon gives way to a pronounced sweetness in combination with modest touches of wood and nuts.

The finish is mainly sweet although the touches of wood are still discernible. Sweet and sour form a perfect harmony.”
