LOST PROPERTY

HOTEL?

- NO, we are not a hotel even though Google may tell you that from time to time.

DRESS CODE

-There's no dress code here, wear what you want!

-All shows are 16+ with adult supervision unless over 18. We operate a challenge 25 policy when serving alcoholic drinks so please carry a valid form of ID. We only accept passports, national ID's and drivers/provisional licenses.

TICKET PRICES

-Ticket prices will be stipulated on the gig tab or SeeTickets on the event listing.

SET TIMES

-Live music usually starts around an hour after doors open. All the bar staff will know the set times once you enter the building so feel free to ask,

SAFE SPACE PROMISE

-Here at The Waterloo the safety of our guests is top priority. Everyone is welcome at our venue, but if someone is making you feel uncomfortable or you feel they don't share our values of respect, just let one of our staff know so we can resolve any problems. We also operate the 'Ask Angela Policy', if you are in an uncomfortable situation with the person you came to our venue with, please ask a staff member "If Angela is working?" and they will be aware of your situation immediately and will alert the door staff who will take further action. It will be ensured that you enjoy the rest of your night and return home safe.

ACCSESSABILITY

-Our venue is wheelchair accessible and a disabled toilet is on the premises. If you will struggle to view the performance, please don't hesitate to speak to a member of staff who will then ask management if it is okay for you and one friend to view from side stage.

CAPACITY

-300 capacity.

MOSHPIT RULES

-At The Waterloo we are proud to host a lot of punk and metal music events. We understand that with this comes the joy of moshpits. We do accept moshpits at our venue to enjoy at your own risk, we do ask however if you spot anyone that is intentionally out to hurt someone or even acting suspicious please alert a member of staff.

LEGAL

-Our curfew at The Waterloo for live music Sunday-Thursday is 11pm and Friday-Saturday is 12am. The bar will stay open until 12am Sunday-Thursday and 1am Friday-Saturday. It is asked that you respect our hard working staff and ensure that you are out the building 30 minutes after the bar has closed. We do not tolerate drugs or violence of any kind on our premises, if you see someone acting suspicious please alert a member of our team.

PAYMENT METHODS

-We accept cash, card, contactless payments and Apple pay.

PARKING

-Parking is available on the premises.
